Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Agenteca.ai website and platform (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. “Agenteca”, “we”, “us”, or “our” refers to Agenteca.ai. “You” refers to the individual or organization using the Service.

Agenteca.ai provides a platform of Claude-powered AI agents designed for business use cases, including but not limited to financial analysis, contract review, human resources assistance, medical document summarization, e-commerce support, and government services. The Service includes:

• Access to live AI agent tools via the Agenteca.ai web platform
• Early access registration for upcoming agent tools
• Demo booking and consultation services
• Waitlist enrollment for product updates

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice.

You must be at least 16 years of age and capable of forming a legally binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Some features of the Service may require you to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep this information updated. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@agenteca.ai if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
• Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or any software designed to damage or interfere with our systems
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service without our express written permission
• Use the AI agents for any purpose that is illegal, harmful, misleading, or fraudulent
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately if you violate these acceptable use requirements.

Our platform uses Anthropic's Claude AI model to generate outputs, analysis, and recommendations. You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-generated outputs are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional advice (legal, financial, medical, or otherwise)
• AI outputs may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information
• You are solely responsible for how you interpret and act upon AI-generated content
• Agenteca does not warrant that outputs will be accurate, complete, reliable, or fit for any particular purpose
• You should always consult a qualified professional before making decisions based on AI-generated analysis

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein.

The Service integrates with third-party providers, including Anthropic (AI processing) and Google Firebase (data storage). Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective providers' terms and policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Agenteca.ai and its directors, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with:

• Your use of or inability to use the Service
• Any AI-generated content provided through the Service
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Any other matter relating to the Service

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or CAD $100, whichever is greater.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free or that any errors will be corrected.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Agenteca.ai and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Ontario, Canada, except where prohibited by law.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, by email or a prominent notice on the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
