- Account Information: Credentials and profile details if you create an account on our platform.

- Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, time spent, and interactions with our tools.
- Device Information: Browser type, operating system, IP address, and device identifiers.
- Cookies: Session cookies and analytics cookies as described in our Cookie Policy.
2.3 Data You Input into Our Tools
When you use our AI agent tools (e.g., the Stock Analyzer), you may input documents, queries, or other data. This data is transmitted securely to Anthropic's Claude API for processing. We do not store the content of your queries beyond the duration of your session unless explicitly required to deliver the service.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and improve the Agenteca platform and its AI agent tools
- Respond to your inquiries and provide customer support
- Send you product updates, early access notifications, and newsletters (only if you opt in)
- Analyze usage patterns to improve our services
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service
- Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents
4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

4.1 Service Providers
We use trusted third-party service providers to operate our platform, including:
- Anthropic: Your queries are processed by Anthropic's Claude API. Anthropic's privacy policy governs their handling of API data. Your data is not used by Anthropic to train their models without your consent.
- Google Firebase: We use Firebase for database storage (Firestore) for waitlist and early access requests. Data is stored in accordance with Google's privacy policies.
- Vercel / Hosting Providers: Our platform is hosted on infrastructure that may process data in Canada, the United States, or the EU.
4.2 Legal Requirements
We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or government authority, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Agenteca, our users, or the public.
4.3 Business Transfers
In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred. We will notify you before your data is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
5. Data Retention
We retain your personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law. Waitlist and demo request data is retained for up to 24 months. You may request deletion at any time (see Section 7).
